Version Insights

The Version Insights tab provides a visual representation of budget data through charts, enhancing comprehension and visibility.

View Version Insights

To compare two budgets and gather version insights, follow these steps:

1. Click the Version Insights tab. By default, the Version Insights search pane appears on the Version Insight screen.



2. If the Version Insights search pane isn’t visible, click the Version Selection tab.
3. From the Version Insights search pane, select the version for which you want to display data. The available search options include:
   • Status: search by version status, such as Open versions, Closed versions, or All versions.
   • Type: search by version type, such as Official version or All versions.
   • Owner: search for versions created by a specific owner.
   • Versions: select a specific version.
4. Click anywhere on the screen to get back to the Version Insights screen after choosing the version. Visual representations of the results for the chosen version include pie charts, bar charts and matrix view.
