Power XL Table v25.2 Resolved Issues

Title Description

Updated Initial Row Count Configuration

The Enable Lazy Load setting now supports any initial row count (including values under 200) for incremental record rendering in the grid.

Date Hierarchy Display Error

This version ensures that the hierarchical date fields render correctly in the visual.

Inserted columns Display Incorrect Total Values

New columns now calculate their own correct totals instead of copying formulas from adjacent columns.

Power XL has Crashed Error

When personalizing a visual by adding a column and then activating Focus mode, Power XL Table no longer crashes.

Incorrect Calculations in the Status Bar

This release resolves an issue where the status bar would show incorrect average, count, and summary values for selected cells after discarding changes in the grid.

Unexpected Formula Execution on Write-Protected Rows

The IFISROWDIRTY() formula no longer fires unexpectedly on rows with write security protection when performing drag-cut operations.

Empty Dropdown Menu Options

Dropdown menu options in reports now correctly display all available options from the SmartFilter's related data table.

Key Column Setting Error

When a dropdown column is configured as a key column, it now maintains its dropdown functionality in the grid rather than incorrectly displaying as a plain text input field.

Cascading Dropdowns Incorrectly Modify Column Names

Column names now stay the same after making selections in cascading dropdown menus.

Cascading Validation Error

You can now add columns with cascading validation without affecting existing column names or applying validation rules to headers in the table.

Overridden Cascading Validation Rules

Cascading validation rules are now properly maintained when copying, pasting, or dragging cells within columns that have validation applied.

Duplicate Row Insertion

This version resolves an issue where Power XL Table would incorrectly send an additional empty row to the writeback service whenever users added data to a completely new row in the report.

Blank Options Display in Dropdowns

Power XL Table dropdown menus now correctly show empty values as selectable options when pulling data from other tables.

Misapplied Conditional Formatting

This release resolves an issue where conditional formatting rules from cells outside the data table were being applied to cells within the data table itself.

Data Validation Error

Power XL Table now correctly saves data validation rules to the table regardless of whether they are being set for the first time or removed from existing columns.
